Project Discussion
As the first step clients inquire about a project using our online quote form, or another method of inquiry. We then review the project, and establish contact with the client to discuss the project in its entirety. After the project and all aspects of it have been discussed in full, we move on to the next step. |

Project Quote
Since the project has now been discussed in full, we are able to review the entire project and provide an accurate quote and timeframe for the project. If the client makes additional requests or certain amendments after this point, the initial quote and timeframe may be subject to change. |

Initial Down-payment
It is our standard policy that a 50% down-payment is made on all projects before any work continues. This is to project both the client as well as us from potential fraud. What it does, is it shows us that the client is serious about the project and wants to have the work done. It also shows the client that we want them to be completely satisfied with the results because we do not require the final 50% until the project is complete and delivered to the client. |

Project Commences
When the initial down-payment is received we will begin the project. Depending on how busy we are and what the agreed upon time frame is, we may start the project immediately, or it may take a few days before we are able to begin the project. |

Preview & Approval
Throughout the project the client will be shown previews and samples of the work that is being done. These previews are to allow the client to see the progress of the project so that they may request any changes necessary before too much work has been done. Once the client approves a preview, we can move on to the next step. |

Project Finalization
After the client has approved the preview(s) given to them we put the finishing touches on the project, finish any remaining coding (if applicable) and prepare the project to be handed over to the client. |

Delivery
Once the project is finalized and ready to be handed over to the client, depending on the project we will either install everything necessary on to your server, or for media, we provide you with all necessary files and media. |

Final Payment
Once the project is finalized and the client has received the project, the final 50% payment is due. If there were any amendments to the project quote after the down-payment was made, then those will be included in this final invoice. |

Project Complete!
We are now completely finished the client's project. We are fully committed to the satisfaction of our clients and are available to answer questions and provide assistance to any of our clients after their project is complete. Keep in mind that future modifications and additional media will be subject to additional fees. |
